About

WHO  WE   ARE

We are integrated, unshakeable, unmovable, dedicated, and unveiled at last!

A two-hidden treasure, Meet My Shoes, a 501c3 Not for Profit Organization that was founded in 2005 with the idea of taking the initiative to address, challenge, and eradicate the social hardships of poverty in all forms. We do this by collaborating ourselves with like-minded organizations who are steadfast on both sides of the playing field. Creating the foundation that allows Meet My Shoes to Impact the human need first, then secondly, the needs of their neighborhoods.

Our journey begins with aiding families and veterans to overcome the challenges of taking the first step. We help establish defense mechanisms and align resources that aid the individual or individuals in becoming a change of hope and neighborhood admiral hero.

Retired Veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Ms. Flo Leavy, Author, and founder of Meet My Shoes Organization is fierce, compassionate, competitive, and accomplished in all areas of her life. She is an outspoken advocate who is passionate about the well-being of all veterans, low-income families, and those stricken by the hardships of poverty.

When you recognized the sacrifices of others along with your own, you will then learn to become “the shield of hope in the heart for all who may journey through your doors.”
